As we scale, we are building a modern sports media engine powered by creators, community, and authentic engagement.

We’re looking for a Creator & Influencer Manager to lead Outlier’s creator partnerships and social growth initiatives across sports, betting, and sports culture. This role is focused on expanding visibility, engagement, and cultural relevance through strategic influencer relationships, creator campaigns, and community-driven distribution.

The ideal candidate lives online, understands how sports conversations move across platforms, and has strong instincts for identifying creators who can authentically drive engagement and attention. This person should understand the difference between vanity reach and meaningful engagement — and know how to structure partnerships that translate into sustained audience growth and product awareness.

You will own creator sourcing, relationship management, campaign execution, and social performance optimization across platforms like X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and emerging channels.

Creator and Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage creators, influencers, sports personalities, meme accounts, betting creators, and digital communities aligned with Outlier’s brand and target audience.

Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute creator campaigns designed to increase engagement, visibility, audience growth, and brand awareness across social platforms.

Social Growth Strategy: Drive measurable improvements in engagement metrics including impressions, shares, comments, video views, follower growth, and community participation.

Talent Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with creators and act as the primary point of contact for partnerships, deliverables, renewals, and long-term collaborations.

Trend and Platform Intelligence: Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging creator formats, sports culture moments, and algorithm shifts. Continuously identify opportunities for Outlier to participate in relevant conversations.

Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Negotiate sponsorships, creator retainers, affiliate agreements, paid campaigns, and performance-based partnerships.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze creator campaign performance across engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion metrics. Develop recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Brand and Community Development: Help shape Outlier’s voice and presence across social channels. Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaigns feel authentic to sports and betting audiences.

Creator Economy Experience: 3–5 years working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media growth, talent management, or digital marketing roles.

Sports and Betting Passion: Deep understanding of sports internet culture, sports betting communities, creator ecosystems, and fan behavior. Ideal candidates are active consumers of sports content and betting media.

Platform Fluency: Strong familiarity with X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and emerging creator platforms.

Social and Engagement Expertise: Demonstrated success growing social engagement and executing creator campaigns that drive measurable audience impact.

Talent Management and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage creators, agencies, and external partners effectively.

Trend Awareness and Creative Instincts: Strong instincts for identifying viral moments, creators with breakout potential, and culturally relevant opportunities.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable measuring engagement metrics, attribution, campaign ROI, and audience growth performance.
