Role Description
This is a part time/ remote job for a Hiring Manager / Recruiter. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining recruiting strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ensuring exceptional service quality, and providing training to improve recruitment practices. This role requires close communication with internal teams and a focus on maintaining a high standard of talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers effectively
- Commitment to Service Quality in meeting workforce needs and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Experience in providing Training to improve hiring practices and team efficiency
- Proficiency in leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Understanding of the agency or creator management industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
