Outlaw Conversions is a fast-moving manufacturing shop looking for a detail-loving, problem-solving Purchasing Agent to keep our production floor stocked and rolling. If you’re great at juggling orders, negotiating prices, and making spreadsheets proud—this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do
- Buy the right materials at the right price (and make our margins smile)
- Create, track, and close purchase orders and invoices
- Keep inventory dialed in and vendors on speed dial
- Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and accounting
- Negotiate pricing and lead times like a pro
- Catch issues before they become problems
What You Bring
- Purchasing experience in manufacturing (big plus)
- Sharp attention to detail and a bias for action
- Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Comfort with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
