What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Outlaw Diner?
Job description:
Set schedule. Willing to train Prep Cook - no experience necessary just a desire to learn. Weekend coverage ability a must.
Main Duties
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces and utensils.
We are a western themed diner serving breakfast and lunch all day. Weekends required. Hourly plus tip pooling. Open 7 am - 3 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
