Barista

Must have at least 1 year drive thru barista experience (on bar) for this position as it is mostly morning shifts! (Please note Sundays are required for this position!)

Requirements:

• Must be 19 or older (non-negotiable).
• At least 1 year of recent experience working in a busy drive-thru coffee stand environment.
• Must be comfortable taking charge and guiding coworkers.
• Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival.
• Minimal time off as we value reliability!
• Must be available to work any shift, and open to covering when needed! This includes weekends!
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and committed to shifts, willing to fill in where needed. Coverage may include morning, mid shift & closing shifts.
• Confident in leadership roles to keep staff on task, keep up to date on inventory and to drive daily sales goals.
• Available for monthly meetings to go over the month in review and to prepare for the following month's new product releases, media content and goals.

• Note that pay range is including take home and credit card tips, individual pay may vary!
• Base pay for this position starts at $9/hr with opportunities to grow after 60 day probationary term - based off performance, sales and willingness and availability to cover shifts. After 60 day probationary term, candidate will be eligible to receive a performance review and pay raise. Growth thereafter is dependent on continued performance and future promotions within the company.

Responsibilities
- Utilize coffee experience to prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers.
- Operate POS system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
- Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold service standards.

- Morning shifts are given to our most reliable staff, willingness to cover and help with additional shifts is required! :-)
