Human Resources
- Lead recruiting and hiring processes
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
- Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain personnel files and compliance records (licenses, certifications, audits)
- Coordinate benefits communication and employee support
- Assist with unemployment claims and HR compliance
- Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage timekeeping, edits, and payroll reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and wage/hour laws
- Maintain payroll records, audits, and employee data updates
- 2 years of payroll and/or HR experience required
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care strongly preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and payroll best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll/HR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be local to the St. Louis area
- You enjoy balancing people-focused HR work with operational tasks
- You’re organized, responsive, and take ownership of your role
- You thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
