Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a dependable, hands-on Housekeeping & Maintenance Director to help ensure our Indianapolis skilled nursing facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for the residents we serve. What You’ll DoPerform day-to-day housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Follow established daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
Support Life Safety initiatives and ensure the building is maintained in accordance with Life Safety Code (NFPA) requirements.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance or cleaning needs.
Collaborate with nursing, administrative, and departmental teams to meet environmental and safety goals.
Promote a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or maintenance in healthcare, hospitality, or a commercial setting.
Required: Working knowledge of Life Safety Code requirements with proven ability to support compliance.
Skilled in basic repairs, safety inspections, and general facility upkeep.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
Clear and respectful communication with supervisors and team members.
