As a CMT, you will assist under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to ensure medications are administered safely and on time, maintaining the highest level of resident care.
Qualifications:
- Current Medication Technician Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written & spoken)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Report changes in resident condition to Patient Care Supervisor
- Follow proper charting and documentation procedures
- Report medication reorders
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and in-services
- Maintain accurate drug inventory documentation
