Position Perks:

- CMT Rate Shift Differential
- Unique split shift:
- 6p-10p: Serve as CMT
- 10p-6a: Serve as CNA
- Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift!
You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations
- Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations
- Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration
- Record and report any changes in resident condition
- Monitor and restock medication inventories
- Support team members and maintain high care standards
- Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (Missouri)
- Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (preferred)
