Role Description The Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Avondale, AZ, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and productivity. This role coordinates and supports a team of associates, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and provides real-time coaching and feedback. The Team Lead collaborates closely with operations managers to meet service-level agreements, optimize workflows, and resolve operational issues quickly. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory movements, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, maintaining high-quality standards, and enforcing safety and compliance procedures. The Team Lead also contributes to process improvements, supports training of new team members, and communicates clearly across shifts and departments to keep operations running smoothly.
