What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Outer Ridge Builders LLC?

We are actively seeking experienced essential functions laborers. The desired applicant will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Have at least 3 years of construction laborer experience of basic construction principles and methods. Preference given to seasoned carpenters, finishers, trim, and siding.
- Be a competent construction laborer, experience in siding, roofing, pool barns a plus.
- Demands physical strength, endurance, and the ability to work well with your hands
- Must be team oriented
- Ability to clean and prepare construction sites
- Has the ability to load and unload building materials to be used in construction
- Ability to build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Be able to dig trenches, and backfill holes
- Be able to operate power tools and hand tools
- Be able to follow specific instructions and safety rules
- Perform a variety of duties which may change often
- Possess excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
- Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to read blueprints when needed
- Have reliable transportation and current driver's license
- Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour away for job sites.
