What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our internal teams. You’ll help grow accounts, develop new business, and bring products from concept to reality.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Work with engineering and product development to bring ideas to life
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and program details
- Support product launches and ongoing customer programs
- Travel to meet customers and attend industry events (25–30%)
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Passion for the power sports or marine industry (this is huge for us)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable working with both customers and technical teams
