To further these big plans, we are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven estimator / sales professional to join our growing team. As a key contributor, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute fundamental sales strategies, making a meaningful impact on our organization's growth.
The estimator / sales manager will be responsible for selling residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping and hardscaping services. Responsibilities will include seeking new leads and prospects, upselling to existing clients, creating estimates and selling services and creating and maintaining business partnerships. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management, proper horticultural knowledge, possessing excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating and maintain premier landscapes.
This role has these essential duties and general responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to create compelling proposals that address clients' needs and expectations.
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and production, to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, product offerings, and unique selling points to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits of our services.
- Stay flexible and adaptable in a dynamic industry, adjusting strategies based on changing market conditions and customer preferences.

- 2 - 5 years experience in sales
- 2 - 5 years experience & knowledge in proper horticultural practices.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and overcome challenges
- Flexibility and adaptability in availability and responding to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
- A genuine passion for creating and maintaining premium landscapes
- Proficient in hands-on tasks, with the ability to accurately take and read measurements
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Adept in using technology and digital tools
The compensation package includes:
- $60k – $65k per year plus 2% - 3% commission on revenue
