Operations Manager

Outdoor Splendor is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who thrives on
delivering results, optimizing processes, and leading teams to success. This is an
opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that the landscaping projects
are completed with precision, efficiency, and high standards. They need someone who
is not only a strong decision-maker but also committed to continuous improvement—
both for themselves and the team. The ideal candidate will manage people, streamline
job site operations, and ensure projects are on time and within budget. With this type

The ideal candidate is one who has …

• 2 - 5 years experience in operations and people management
• 2 - 5 years experience & knowledge in drainage and hardscaping services and products.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed operational targets
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and overcome challenges
• Flexibility and adaptability in availability and responding to changing market conditions and customer preferences
• Focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
• A genuine passion for creating and maintaining premium landscapes
• Proficient in hands-on tasks, with the ability to accurately take and read measurements
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Adept in using technology and digital tools
