Outdoor Lights and Shades is hiring an Outdoor Lighting Lead Technician in Burbank, CA. This is an onsite role paying $30 to $40 per hour. You will lead a crew in designing, installing, and maintaining high-end outdoor lighting systems that transform properties after sunset.

What You Will Do Each Day
- Lead your crew through installation and troubleshooting of outdoor lighting systems with precision
- Train and mentor team members on technical execution and best practices
- Collaborate with landscape teams to integrate lighting with hardscapes, trees, and outdoor features
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and trenching equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform maintenance on existing systems including bulbs, wiring, and upgrades
