We're looking for experienced leaders who know how to manage people, equipment, and fast moving storm events.
What You'll Do
- Operators & Drivers of Heavy Equipment & Plow Trucks
- Managers - Lead snow crews during winter storms
- Coordinate equipment, routes, and site operations
- Maintain safety, quality, and client communication
- Perform site inspections and quality control
- Help deliver exceptional service every storm
What We're Looking For
- Commercial snow removal operator OR management experience
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork
