- Manage daily social media activities using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; analyze insights using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and sales to develop branding initiatives and support e-commerce efforts through targeted social media advertising such as Facebook Ads.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth and strengthen relationships.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility; proofread all content for accuracy and brand consistency before publishing.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation within a digital marketing or related environment.
