We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong ServiceNow background to lead enterprise technology initiatives for a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and delivering ServiceNow-related programs on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Manage ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate status meetings and provide regular executive updates.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
