Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore is hiring a BDC / Internet Manager. The BDC department is responsible for setting appointments for our award winning Sales Department
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Set appointments
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Qualifications:
- Prior dealership customer relations or BDC experience required
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Must have valid driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a big plus
