Sales Responsibilities
Approach, greet, and assist customers on the showroom floor and lot
Handle incoming internet and phone leads promptly and professionally
Set appointments and guide customers through the online and in-store buying process
Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and actively listening
Confidently present vehicles and clearly explain their features, benefits, and options
Build rapport and create a memorable customer experience
Learn to overcome objections and successfully close sales
Report opportunities, follow-up progress, and customer needs to management
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills—verbal and written
Energetic, positive, professional, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong objection-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be willing to complete a background check
Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
