Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our sales department. We are looking for someone who is independently motivated; ready to be part of a positive team and environment; understands the dynamics of making a car deal; is excited about providing valuable trainings for the Sales Team; and can work equity mining.
You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales consultants and internet sales team to ensure sales and gross goals are met.

You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales consultants and internet sales team to ensure sales and gross goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
- Previous Ford of Lincoln Experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)

- A positive attitude and ability to think outside the box to solve problems
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
