Do you love organization, research, and making an impact from behind the scenes? Our Safe Space, a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment, is looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help us track and manage our growing list of grants.
What You’ll Do
Flexible - 2-4 hours per month

Do you love organization, research, and making an impact from behind the scenes? Our Safe Space, a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment, is looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help us track and manage our growing list of grants.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain an up-to-date grant tracking spreadsheet
- Enter application dates, deadlines, award amounts, reporting requirements, and follow-up tasks
- Monitor reporting timelines and send reminders to the team
- Research potential new funding opportunities using GrantStation or other tools
- Help us keep funder acknowledgments current across our website, newsletter, and social media
- Comfort with spreadsheets and database info (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently but communicate well with a small, collaborative team
- Optional experience with grant research platforms like GrantStation , Candid, or Instrumentl
