This role is sales driven, owning a key revenue channel through partnerships with creators, influencers, publishers, and affiliate communities who inspire customers to discover Our Place on Amazon.You’ll bridge data, storytelling, and relationship building — managing the full funnel from creator outreach to measurable sales growth — and play a critical role in expanding Our Place’s reach within Amazon’s creator economy.What you'd do at Our Place Own the channel: Lead the affiliate and influencer growth strategy on Amazon, accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Recruit proactively: Identify, pitch, and onboard new publishers, creators, and influencers through Levanta and Amazon Creator Connection, focusing on high-converting partners aligned with Our Place’s brand and category.Manage relationships: Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries, product-related questions, and content support, ensuring accurate representation of Our Place products.Coordinate sampling: Plan and manage product seeding and shipping for creators and affiliates, collaborating with operations to ensure timely and smooth delivery.Engage communities: Develop collaborations with Facebook deal groups, mom and lifestyle communities, and affiliate networks focused on nontoxic and sustainable cookware.Track performance: Leverage Amazon Attribution and Levanta to measure conversion rates, revenue impact, and partner performance.Align campaigns: Work with Growth, Amazon Ops, and Creative teams on launches, Prime Day, and BFCM activations to align offers, pricing, and inventory with top partners.Optimize and scale: Test new affiliate content types and partnership formats — such as deal posts, listicles, livestreams, and product bundles — to expand reach and drive incremental sales.Report results: Present channel performance and forecasts to leadership, owning revenue outcomes and strategic direction for this program.Who you are 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or performance marketing, ideally within Amazon or e-commerce.Deep knowledge of Amazon Associates, Amazon Influencer Program, and Amazon Attribution.Hands-on experience with Levanta, Joylink, Impact, or similar affiliate platforms.Skilled in analyzing performance data and using insights to optimize strategy.Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to manage external partners and internal teams.Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced growth environment.Passionate about food, storytelling, and the creator economy — and excited to help bring Our Place’s mission to life on Amazon.All information you submit in connection with your application to Our Place is processed in accordance with Our Place's Global Applicant Privacy Policy.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
