What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Assistant position at Our Military Kids?
Our Military Kids®, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is seeking a customer care-focused and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team. The primary focus of this position is processing award applications and communicating with and supporting military families.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience providing high-quality customer experience in a nonprofit, program, or community-based setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management software (Asana or equivalent)
