Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to meet students' diverse needs.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Utilize various teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance learning engagement.
- Support students’ social-emotional development by creating a safe space for expression and growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements in accordance with school policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education OR 3 Years Experience Teaching in a Related Field
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring across different age groups or subjects
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate students
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
- Passion for education and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere
