Daycare Director – Our Kids Daycare (Centralia, IL)
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year
Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for staff retention, program improvement, and quality achievements
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Director to lead Our Kids Daycare — a well-established, family-focused childcare center serving our community since 2008. This is a starting-over opportunity designed for someone ready to take full ownership of daily operations while working closely with the owner on billing and administrative support.

Requirements:
