Duties
- Provide attentive care to residents with dementia, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, and dressing in accordance with individual needs and schedules
- Support social engagement through activities
- Collaborate with coworkers to provide appetizing meals, laundry service and a clean environment.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience not required
- Specialized dementia training to be completed upon hire.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain patient, flexible, and attentive in dynamic caregiving environments
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
