What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Our Company?
Rooms to Go is hiring a Quality Control Inspector.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all furniture is assembled in RTG facilities meet the manufacture’s requirements for proper assembly.
- Verify that all assembly steps are completed as per the manufacturer, furniture is 100% level, and free of defects prior to being released to the shipping bays.
- Compile monthly performance reports by vendor and track the quality performance of all furniture shipped from their location.
- Complete scout reports as needed for product improvement.
- Perform other duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- Must be detailed oriented
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel
