Production Associate

As a Production Associate you will be responsible for supporting the Production Lead in planning, organizing and executing all production activities to ensure orders are shipped efficiently and on time.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for performing daily production activities

• Completes tasks such as pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing, laser etching, and heat pressing

• Conducts daily safety checks on equipment and processes to meet safety standards

• Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards

• Inspects finished products and orders to ensure items meet production quality standards

• Investigates and resolves any production related issues

• Maintains knowledge of the processes and equipment used throughout the production process.

• Cross-trained in warehouse activities to assist as business dictates

• Performs other job related duties as assigned

• Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production operations and machinery

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.

• Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

Education & Experience 

• Minimum one year relevant experience required

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Physical Requirements  

• Prolonged periods of moving around the warehouse 

• Ability to operate job-related machinery

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a time
