Pay Range: $27 to $35 per hour

Essential Functions
Role Specific Functions:
- Facilitate structured intake of operational challenges, requests, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
- Translate business needs into clearly defined project scopes, goals, and success metrics
- Coordinate initiative tracking, timelines, and dependencies across multiple work streams
- Serve as a change champion to support rollout of new workflows, system updates, and process improvements
- Identify barriers to adoption and proactively address resistance through engagement and communication
- Support development and execution of communication plans, training coordination, and reinforcement strategies
- Monitor post-implementation adoption and escalate gaps
- Coordinate across IT (Epic), Compliance, Finance, and Training to ensure cohesive execution
- Bridge communication between technical teams and operational users
- Ensure initiatives reflect both system capabilities and real-world workflow needs
- Additional duties as needed
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, operations, or process improvement
- 1-3 years in relationship management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or internal consulting
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with operational leaders

- Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules (Resolute, Cadence, Prelude)
- Exposure to Process Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) Experience supporting or driving change management effort
