Job Summary
As a Medical Device Sales Associate at OUI Medical Inc., you will be responsible for expanding the market presence of our flagship device, the P-Scope, in the Bangladesh region. You will actively engage with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, build meaningful relationships, and promote our cutting-edge solutions to healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, educate the medical community, and contribute to improving patient care through the adoption of innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients (hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics) to introduce the P-Scope product
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the device's features, benefits, and ease of use
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to product adoption
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to deliver training, updates, and support to clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the medical device industry and relevant regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in Bangladesh
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
