Job Summary
OUI Medical Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice and ensure smooth coordination across clinical, administrative, and financial departments. You will play a central role in improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and delivering a high standard of patient care through effective backend management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office or clinic
- Supervise administrative and clinical staff, including scheduling and HR duties
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Monitor budgets, billing processes, and financial performance
- Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply chain coordination
- Maintain accurate patient and business records
- Coordinate with physicians and department heads to support patient services
- Handle patient concerns and improve service satisfaction
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree (MPH, MHA, MBA in healthcare) is a plus
- 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or office management
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, billing, insurance, and EMR software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable healthcare laws
- Leadership and team management experience
