Advanced Practice Provider – Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner
OUCH Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) to join our busy pediatric orthopedic practice in Southlake, TX. The applicant must work well with children of all ages and be able to work independently, maintaining a full-time schedule while providing comprehensive patient care to all patients within the practice.
Position Details:
- Full Time Monday-Friday
- Direct patient care, in a clinic setting
- Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR
- Dictate, complete, and/or sign medical records, forms, and letters related to patients treated by the NP or PA in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements Needed to Apply:
- Active Texas license
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Strong Communication Skills
- Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Orthopedic experience preferred but not required

The Physician Assistant (“PA”) Candidates will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required.
Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited advanced practice registered nursing program (APRN).
The PA/NP will report to the supervising physician and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
