About the role:

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support and help grow OUAI's influencer initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to help diversify our community. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing & communications team, working hands on with our influencer network to spark creativity and newness across our campaigns. We are looking for someone who loves brainstorming fun concepts, building relationships and expanding our community in an even bigger OUAI. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Influencer & PR Marketing.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Identify and build relationships with on brand influencers and professional hairstylists
• Help research and establish a community of brand advocates on all social media platforms, primarily on TikTok
• Foster and nurture ongoing relationships we have in our OUAI community
• Help maintain our product inventory in the office for seeding and press moments across priority markets
• Setup and manage influencer campaigns using Tribe Dynamics and relevant monitoring tools
• Assist with launch support: mailers, list building, events etc
• Support our Associate Manager & Senior Manager with the development of OUAI's outreach for community with list building.
