What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at Ouachta Enrichment Centers, Inc.?
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related field OR working knowledge of Federal and State Employment law and experience in Human resources and payroll policies and practices
· Applicant should by skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and have a willingness to experiment and work with new technologies, as well as prior experience in working with human resource and/or payroll software. · Exceptional communication skills (both written, verbal) and organizational skills are a must, as is a strong aptitude for problem solving. Must be self-motivated, flexible, responsible, and have the ability to multi-task. This position requires a detail oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
