Registered Nurse, Womens Services at Ottumwa Regional Health Center
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care for acutely ill patients in our OB/Labor & Delivery unit.
About the Role
- Provide nursing care for patients in our OB/Labor & Delivery unit, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform various nursing procedures as per the Iowa State Board of Nursing regulations, prioritizing high-quality patient care in obstetrics.
- Work under the supervision of the Director, contributing to a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within six months of hire.
- Recent RN experience, preferably in Labor & Delivery or Medical/Surgical/Critical Care settings.
