Job Summary
The Registered Nurse in Women's Services at Ottumwa Regional Health Center provides nursing care to acutely ill patients, particularly in OB/Labor & Delivery settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for acutely ill patients in OB/Labor & Delivery settings
- Perform assigned procedures within the scope of practice as set forth by the Iowa State Board of Nursing
- Work under the supervision of the Director
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within six (6) months of hire
- PALS certification within six (6) months of hire
- Recent RN experience
- Two to Three years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- One year of Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing experience
