Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time Server to join the Mama’s team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment & enjoys creating great experiences for guests. You’ll be a key part of our front-of-house crew, delivering top-notch service with personality & professionalism. Private Dining experience is a plus!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet & engage with guests in a warm, genuine way
- Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food & drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our menu & beverage offerings
- Handle cash & card transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen & bar staff
- Help maintain a clean & welcoming dining space
- Assist with opening & closing side work
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant (preferred)
- Outgoing, positive personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask & stay cool under pressure
- Weekend availability required (we are dinner service only)
