Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, including cocktail preparation and wine service.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or credit payments responsibly using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms.
Experience
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and food preparation enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cashiering and sales transactions.
- Prior experience in serving or host/hostess roles helps you excel in delivering seamless guest experiences.
