Server/Bartender

Position: SERVER

As a Server, you'll be the face of OTTO—guiding guests through our menu, delivering great service, and making sure every visit is memorable.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking in on guest satisfaction
• Process payments accurately through our POS system (Toast)
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Uphold OTTO’s standards of hospitality and professionalism

Ideal Qualities:

• Prior serving experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Availability on nights and weekends

Position: BARTENDER

As a Bartender, you’ll craft delicious beverages and help create the lively, welcoming vibe OTTO is known for.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails to guests and servers
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and organization
• Engage guests, provide menu recommendations, and take food orders when needed
• Process payments quickly and accurately
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to keep service smooth and efficient
• Keep the bar environment fun, clean, and compliant with safety standards

Ideal Qualities:

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred
• Knowledge of common cocktails, local beers, and bar best practices
• High energy, friendly personality, and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during busy shifts
• Weekend availability is a must

We’re open daily from 11am–10pm. Full-time and part-time positions available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
