- Serve as a financial advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights.
- Analyze cost drivers, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate investments and initiatives with financial analysis.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Support department leaders in aligning decisions with financial goals.
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor performance, analyze variances, and recommend actions.
- Develop and track KPIs across the business.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
- Expertise in US GAAP and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
