Position Overview
This role supports operational program management with a focus on vendor oversight, data management, and customer-facing service standards. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure program compliance, cost efficiency, and consistent execution across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and audit vendor compliance with contractual agreements, including service levels, reporting requirements, timelines, and financial accountability measures
- Participate in vendor and stakeholder meetings as needed to support program alignment and performance
- Maintain and update internal collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams), ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and accessible
- Manage centralized communication channels, including shared inboxes, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee survey distribution and results, analyze feedback, and communicate insights to stakeholders and vendors
- Prepare and distribute communications such as reports, updates, and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Monitor billing cycles and financial workflows using procurement and invoicing systems; compile and organize data for reporting purposes
- Develop periodic financial summaries and performance updates for internal stakeholders
- Identify potential issues proactively and communicate with appropriate partners to mitigate operational impact
- Create, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and updates to leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or vendor management preferred
- Basic understanding of facility services, maintenance programs, or operational support functions preferred
