**Position Summary**
The Deputy County Clerk/Election Officer assists the County Clerk with
the administration of county clerk functions and all aspects of federal,
state, and local elections. This position requires a high level of
accuracy, confidentiality, organization, professionalism, and attention
to detail. The employee works closely with the County Clerk, election
officials, candidates, voters, other county departments, and the public
to ensure that election and county clerk duties are completed accurately
