Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Reviews post orders, directives, general orders, policies, and
understanding, and compliance.
- Monitors and controls access and egress to the detention area,
- Completes screening intake and classifies detainees.
- Arranges for medical attention or transport to a medical facility

- Conducts searches of all arrestees upon intake in accordance with
- Conducts initial booking of inmates.
- Issues clothing, bedding, and personal items required for
- Monitors facility access to ensure that only authorized persons gain
- Assists officers, court personnel, and attorneys by answering

- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

- Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License with good driving

- Must undergo and successfully complete a thorough background
