Guest Experience Director

This is not a traditional front desk position.

Your Mission
As our Guest Experience Director, you'll become the guardian of the Ottalaus guest experience.
Your role is to ensure every guest receives an elevated, consistent experience while supporting our salon managers in growing the business through exceptional hospitality, guest retention, retail sales, and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Creating an exceptional luxury experience for every guest
- Leading front desk hospitality standards across both salon locations
- Driving prebooking and securing guests' next visits
- Increasing retail sales through thoughtful product recommendations
- Monitoring and reporting guest experience KPIs
- Training and coaching front desk team members
- Maintaining consistency in guest communication and follow-up
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Partnering with salon managers to improve systems, guest retention, and overall salon performance
- Looking for opportunities every day to improve the guest experience

Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour during the introductory period
- 34–40 hours per week
- Performance review after the introductory period with opportunities for wage increases based on performance and contribution
- Growth opportunities as Ottalaus continues to expand
