Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic and hands-on HR partnership to senior leaders and functional teams.
This role aligns talent and organizational strategies with business priorities to drive growth, productivity, and a high-performance culture.
You will leverage data, Voice of Customer insights, and deep business understanding to identify risks and opportunities, prioritize key actions, and execute disciplined HR strategies through the Veralto Enterprise System (VES).
This position is part of the Human Resources department and will be located onsite in Fort Collins, CO.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. - Partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategies into integrated talent and organizational plans
- Using workforce and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting performance
- Leading core talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and development planning
- Coaching leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee engagement
- Acting as a trusted advisor on organizational design, change management, and employee relations matters
- Driving execution of people strategies using continuous improvement practices
- Partnering with HR Center of Excellence and shared services to deliver scalable HR solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations
- Experience working in matrixed or global organizations preferred
- Experience supporting workforce planning and succession strategies
- Experience using data and analytics to inform HR decisions
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies or operating systems
