We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of installation projects, from coordination through to final handover. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact across stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes. What You’ll Do: Project Management & Delivery Manage end-to-end project execution—from planning and coordination to installation and handover Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned to quality standards Identify opportunities to improve project profitability through variation orders Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to Otis Safety Standards (OSS) across all project activities Implement and maintain ISO 9000 quality procedures and compliance standards Site Coordination & Execution Review site conditions, structural requirements, and technical specifications for lifts/escalators Coordinate with civil contractors and clients on equipment delivery, installation, and storage Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with installation schedules Ensure subcontractors deliver work according to scope, safety, quality, and timelines Stakeholder & Team Management Act as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners Lead and manage subcontractors and installation teams, ensuring performance, discipline, and morale What We’re Looking For: Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering or a related discipline 5 years of experience in installation, construction, or project execution (lift/escalator experience preferred) Prior experience supervising teams and managing subcontractors Strong technical knowledge in lift/escalator installation works Familiarity with ISO quality standards and procedures A team player with a results-driven and problem-solving mindset Open to early-career candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn Why Join Otis?
