Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and all public spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming at all times.
- Greet guests warmly when appropriate, offering assistance or directions with genuine courtesy.
- Anticipate guest needs by keeping public areas stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Promptly remove trash, spills, and clutter to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items accurately and quickly.
- Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Support teammates by assisting with special cleaning projects and cross-department needs.
- Take pride in personal appearance and contribute to a professional, team-focused environment.
- Someone who believes details matter and finds satisfaction in creating welcoming spaces.
- Friendly and approachable, with a natural ability to make guests feel at ease.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and walking throughout shift).
- Flexible to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to communicate in basic English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning is preferred—but not required. We welcome those eager to learn.
