Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards.
- Coach, train, and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction.
- Lead by example on the floor, modeling warm, professional, and unscripted hospitality.
- Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery.
- Assist in managing scheduling, labor control, and inventory to support financial goals.
- Handle guest feedback with care, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Partner with culinary, banquet, and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empowerment within the department.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with authenticity.
- Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality, with a strong eye for detail.
- Skilled in motivating and coaching team members to deliver their best.
- Approachable and engaging, able to connect with both guests and colleagues.
- Organized and dependable, balancing guest satisfaction with operational needs.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred IT and computer programing experience.
- Prior supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred, ideally in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining setting.
