As our Busperson, you are a vital part of the service team, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your role supports our servers, enhances guest comfort, and helps maintain the smooth flow of service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and assist with delivering food or beverages when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side work areas.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transporting them to the dishwashing area.
- Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Support the team in maintaining a polished and professional dining environment that meets brand and health standards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, directing them to the appropriate team member if necessary.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines in accordance with company and brand policies.
- Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Attentive, proactive, and eager to help wherever needed to keep the dining room running smoothly.
- Friendly and approachable, with a commitment to delivering warm and professional service.
- Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Willing to learn and follow brand and service standards consistently.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
